We are working with high quality COB (Chip on Board) LED technology that lasts around 25 years, depending on your household and usage. Therefore, Kuro offers the flexible warranty period of 5 years.

After a notice of a malfunctioning spot is made, it is best to contact our light experts immediately by email, who will then inform you of the steps to take next. Most likely you will be requested to send the spotlight to our Kuro headquarters where we can test them in our light lab. After determining the reason of malfunction, we will provide you with a repair or replacement. This way you should never be longer than 1 week out of a perfectly working Kuro spot. That is our guarantee.
